Poripori Homestead provides a venue space where you can connect, be creative and productive with minimal distraction.

Hire our venue close to Tauranga. In your breaks, walk in the garden, be amused by the animals, or just let your mind mull over what you have been engaged in.

Meeting in a rural environment, 15-20 minutes from Tauranga city centre, 7 minutes from Tauranga Crossing, allows you to avoid the hustle bustle of city life to concentrate on the task at hand, without needing  a great deal of time spent travelling.

We also offer accommodation (subject to availability) if you have an event that requires a multi day booking and you would also like to stay onsite - please indicate this in your enquiry. There are plenty of things to do in Tauranga too!

• 44sqm available with flexible configuration (chairs/sofas in photos can be moved/removed to your space requirements)

• If you would like to visit prior to booking, or would like to set up before the event start, please discuss your requirements with us.

• Air conditioning (fire in colder months if desired)

• Parking onsite for up to 10-15 vehicles

Equipment:

• Large table (1800x3600)

• 42" LED TV

• Data projector (max res 1280x1024) - see photos for variable location it can be used with the venue

• Whiteboard (portable)

• Internet - wifi (some ethernet connections available if required)

• Let us know if you would like to bring any equipment with you so we can discuss requirements/logistics.

Catering:

Tea and coffee facilities available and are included in the base hire price. Catering for meals can be arranged on request and is in addition to the base price.

Pricing:

$50 + GST per hour for venue hire.

For numbers above 10 people, or events other than meetings or similar, please contact us for a quote.

Pricing includes meeting facilities, projector, whiteboard etc. and tea/coffee/juice/biscuits. Catering, e.g. lunch, is additional and charged separately.

25% payable on booking and non refundable. The remaining 75% is due a week prior. Let us know if you need to cancel and the 75% will be refunded.
